The K.L. Phair Show was first established in 2006 as a Podcast and ran until the summer of 2007. It was a huge success online where K.L. Phair interviewed musicians, entertainers as well as talked about various topics. However K.L. Phair felt that the vision he had for the K.L. Phair Show was not being fulfilled. In 2009 the K.L. Phair was revived for a season but then discontinued due to K.L. Phair pursuing school and traveling. The time needed to produce the show as well as other resources were not available therefore the show was put off and K.L. Phair said that when the opportunity came to revive the show, he would do so.
2012 came about and things have been flourishing for K.L. Phair and his company K.L. Phair L.L.C. The show was going to begin as an audio podcast, but now developments have been made to also incorporate it as a video cast as well. K.L. Phair intends to also add a mini animated series to each episode of the video cast which will be called “Block Buddies.” This will be a low budget animated project that will incorporate some vision into the show and talk about various topics. K.L. Phair also plans to release a more ideal animated series online but that will begin production most likely in the winter of 2012.
The first audio podcast will be released by April 1st of 2012 with the first video cast being released as early as May 1st 2012. Listeners will be able to come to this website KLPhairShow.com as well as subscribe to the show through iTunes and other podcast and video cast directories. The animated series “Block Buddies” will be released in the first audio cast.
No suggestions have been made as to the content of the show or to the new animated series “Block Buddies,” but there has been an announcement that interviews with such cartoon characters and celebrities will be featured on the audio broadcast. Interviews with such characters as Beavis and Butthead, Stewie Griffin and Brian from the hit show Family Guy, Hank Hill from the animated series King of the Hill, Yogi Bear and Booboo, Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy from the Muppets, as well as other featured cartoon characters and celebrities are listed on the shows roster and will be featured on the show with interviews.
K.L. Phair has said that his vision for the show will be fulfilled this time around and that he plans to have a long lasting result. There will be one audio cast as well as one video cast released a month maximum meaning that the show will have a maximum of two updates a month. The app for the show is currently under development and an online store is being created to sell different custom designs being made that are associated directly with the show.
So check back here March 1st 2012 for the arrival of the original K.L. Phair Show to debut once again, March 1st of 2012.
